2. Logitech Pakistan Warranty & Claim Process
What warranty is included with Logitech products in Pakistan?+
All Logitech products sold at Logitech Pakistan come with a 1-year full manufacturer warranty backed by Logitech International. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. Keep your invoice and the complete product packaging with all labels visible — including the product serial number. This is mandatory and required for any warranty claim. How do I claim warranty on a Logitech product?+
To claim warranty on a Logitech product, contact our support center by emailing [email protected] with your purchase invoice, product serial number, and a description of the issue. Our support team will respond during business hours to confirm your claim is warranty-eligible and share the next steps. Please note that we do not offer pickup or collection service — customers are required to send the unit to our authorized support center to initiate the claim process. Once received, inspection and replacement processing typically takes a few business days, after which approved claims are dispatched back to you with a sealed replacement unit.
What does the warranty cover and exclude?+
Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — for example, buttons that stop responding, scroll wheels that fail, wireless connectivity issues, dead pixels on display panels, faulty rechargeable batteries, and similar manufacturing-side faults that develop under normal use within the warranty period. Not covered: Physical damage from drops or impact, liquid or moisture damage, damage from unauthorized repair or modification attempts, normal wear and tear (such as keycap shine, cable fraying after years of use, or finish wear), software or driver-related issues, theft, and damage caused by power surges. What if my product stops working after the warranty expires?+
Logitech covers warranty for the stated warranty period only — this period is also clearly mentioned on your purchase invoice at the time of sale. Is shipping free?+
Yes, we offer free standard shipping nationwide on every order, with no minimum order value required. Standard shipping arrives in 2-4 business days via our courier partners including TCS. Express same-day delivery is available within Lahore for an additional fee, and next-day express is available for major cities like Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi at an extra charge — exact rates depend on the product weight and destination. How can I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched (typically within 24 hours of confirmation), you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email along with the courier company name (TCS or one of our trusted logistics partners). You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using that tracking number. If you don’t receive your tracking SMS within 24 hours, or if your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please email us first at [email protected] for a written record. Do you ship outside Pakistan?+
No. Logitech Pakistan is the authorized distributor for Pakistan only. We ship within Pakistan exclusively. For purchases in other countries, please visit logitech.com to find the authorized Logitech distributor or reseller in your region.
4. Payments, Returns & Business Orders
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept multiple payment methods to make checkout convenient: Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, bank transfer to our designated business account, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets, and cheque payment for corporate clients with a proforma invoice. Please note: an additional 2% to 2.5% bank surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Online card payments and mobile wallet transfers process instantly; bank transfers reflect within 1-2 hours during banking hours. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+

Currently we do not offer EMI or installment payment plans on Logitech products. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?+
Yes — before your order is shipped, our team contacts you to confirm the order details. At this confirmation stage you can cancel the order or request changes such as quantity adjustments, product substitutions, or delivery address updates by speaking directly with our representative. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to change anything after dispatch, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then either accept the order, or initiate a return under our standard 7-day return policy.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return window on unused, factory-sealed products. To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your invoice, product details, and a brief reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll arrange to ship the product back to us in its original sealed packaging — return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns, and by us if the return is due to our error. After we receive and verify the product is unused, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Where do I download Logitech G HUB or Options+?+
Download official Logitech software directly from logitech.com. The two main apps are Logi Options+ for productivity peripherals (MX Master mice, MX Keys keyboards, casting controllers) and Logitech G HUB for gaming gear (G-series mice, keyboards, headsets, racing wheels, streaming gear). Both apps support Windows 10/11 and macOS 11 and later. G HUB powers LIGHTSYNC RGB customisation, button remapping, DPI profiles, and game-specific lighting integrations. Logi Options+ enables Flow cross-device control, app-specific settings, and Smart Actions automation. Both downloads are free and never require a payment or subscription.
